Tenancy application process:

If you wish to apply for a tenancy for a particular property, you will initially require an

Agency Holding Deposit of 25% + Vat of One months Rent to hold the property for you.

Your application will then be submitted to the landlord, if approved, you will require:

Satisfactory reference from your Employer, Previous Landlord, Bank etc. and also copies of your ID Documents.
One and a half month’s rent as deposit.
One months Rent in advance. You will then be assigned an Assured Shorthold Tennacy for a period of 6-12 month’s.
